 With 3d computer software you can do a walking tour of your new home before it is built. Have your wants and desires designed into your project. I will listen to your needs and design your project to fit your budget that is established at the first free on-site Consultation Meeting. The Design Contract follows two phases.   

Phase I creates a
 Concept set of drawings that show all of the items on the customer's
"wish-list" with a creative new Floor Plan with new Elevations so you can visualize the appearance. After some changes, improvements and styling, then pricing estimates by Contractors can be obtained to see if the project still fits your budget.

Phase II
creates Structural and Technical Drawings suitable to meet or exceed the Building Code for a  Building Permit. Formalized Contractor pricing can now be obtained from several sources with all of the guess work removed for the best savings. Phase II technical drawings include Floor Plans, Foundation Plan, Elevation Plan, Roof Plan, Wall Cross Section, Site Plan, 3d Views and any special details.

Build it Beautiful:  When I travel I always look to see what is being built in the neighborhoods and judge how beautiful it is styled or not. Very few people have sufficient talent to style a home with the proper features, colours, materials, sizes, shapes, roof lines, textures etc. to look absolutely beautiful. I have seen some poorly styled new buildings in my time and some that are just OK, and the shame of it all is that it would probably not have cost anymore to "Build it Beautiful!" I love what I do, that's why I am still working. I truly enjoy designing a project that will be both functional and have a beautiful street appeal! Making my customers happy is my goal!
